I don't have Sellar can I still order from you?
Absolutely! We're more than happy to help set you up on Sellar (it's a really simple and quick process), alternatively we're still happy to accept orders through email - just get in touch with our sales team on: James (james@sureshotbrew.com) or Wil (wilj@sureshotbrew.com).

Do you have any discount codes?
We put out special deals through our trade newsletter. Be sure to stay subscribed for the latest!

I'm in a (town/city/area) near the Northern Delivery zone, can you deliver to me?
We'll definitely look to accommodate deliveries as much as we can. Just shoot one of our sales team a message via Sellar or email!

Can I order cans and kegs nationally?
Yes! We're able to ship both formats nationwide for the following rates: Kegs: £13.50 each, Cases: up to 3 - £7.00, then + £2.50 for every additional 1-2 cases. Pallets are also available for larger orders, please contact us for a quote.

I have got an 'Order Complete' email but no beer, what's up?
When processing your order, we mark it as complete once it’s ready to be shipped - i.e. picked and packed. This then alerts the courier that we have an order ready to be collected and that the order is complete our end before they deliver to you.

I'm an Importer/Exporter looking to get some Sureshot. How do we take this worldwide?
We are looking to work with select importers/exporters on delivering Sureshot beyond this sceptred isle. If you'd like to work with us please get in touch with James on jamesm@sureshotbrew.com.

What packaging do you use?
All our cardboard comes from recycled and ethically sourced materials. Where packaging filler is used, it is made from vegetable starch and is bio-degradable.

I would like the beer delivered to a dfferent address than my usual trade account, how?
No drama, just get in touch with us - and either James (james@sureshotbrew.com) or Wil (wilj@sureshotbrew.com) will be able to help.

Returns & Refunds

We always want you to enjoy the beer we brew and the products we make. We're all about happy!

If for whatever reason something isn't up to standard please don't hesitate to give us a ring or email us at james@sureshotbrew.com - we'll be sure to set a smile right.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of beer as a live product and foodstuff. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (can't drink it and return it!), in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To return your product, you should mail (or drop off) your product to the brewery: Sureshot Brewing, 5 Sheffield Street, Manchester, M1 2ND.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, bank account, or trade account within 7 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is deposited within your account. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted between the card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at via the usual channels.
