Shipping Policy

'From our cold store to your fridge door!'

How it works
We ship all orders on a next working day service to give you the freshest, bestest beer possible. Our team prepares and dispatches orders daily Monday to Thursday, excluding bank holidays (to ensure freshness and no transit over weekends). Ordering closes at 11am, any orders after which will be fulfilled the next working day.

We aim to have your order with you by one working day of purchase. However, on occasion there may be issues/delays (hello Covid). We work to limit these, always keeping an eagle eye on our couriers' processes to ensure the best delivery service possible.

When you order
Once you have placed your order for beer you will receive a confirmation email to say we have successfully received the order and will begin to pack it. When we've processed the order for shipping you'll then receive a second order complete email with tracking number. The parcel is now in the post on its way!

Courier delivery
Our courier delivers weekdays, but also likes to take us by surprise and sometimes deliver weekends too. Don't worry though - if for any reason the order cannot be delivered on the first day the courier will try again or leave a collection note. 

If the delivery cannot be made at all the courier will return the order to us where we will either refund the order or rearrange for delivery. In this situation, we may have to charge you for delivery a second time.

Shipping timings
The order cut off time is 11am Monday - Thursday. Orders after which will be sent the next working day. For example: if you place your order on Monday at 8am (like every normal beer buying person!), we would pack and ship your order same day for next day delivery, Tuesday.

If you were to order on Monday after 11am, your order would be packed and shipped on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Any order placed after Thursday 11am will be packed and shipped on Monday for next working day delivery - Tuesday. Simple (we think)!

Tracking
If you have submitted an email address with your order you should receive a tracking code and link in the second, order complete email. This can be manually put into the courier's website if the link isn't working.

Courier delays
As we all know a lot of business have shifted to online sales in the last couple of years putting the courier system under pressure. Whilst they assure us they are working their hardest, the couriers on occasion will miss collections. In this instance orders will be rebooked for the following day.

Missing items/damaged order
With the increase in demand for courier services, we know (and have experienced ourselves) that sometimes items arrive damaged, missing items, or not at all. If this is the case, reply to your order completed email with the issue and we'll help to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We always want you to enjoy the beer we brew and the products we make. We're all about happy!

If for whatever reason something isn't up to standard please don't hesitate to give us a ring or email us at james@sureshotbrew.com - we'll be sure to set a smile right.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This is due to the nature of beer as a live product and foodstuff. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (can't drink it and return it!), in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To return your product, you should mail (or drop off) your product to the brewery: Sureshot Brewing, 5 Sheffield Street, Manchester, M1 2ND.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card, bank account, or trade account within 7 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is deposited within your account. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted between the card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at via the usual channels.

Do you have any discount codes?
We put out special discount codes and deals through our trade newsletter. Be sure to stay subscribed for the latest!

I have got an 'Order Complete' email but no beer, what's up?
When processing your order, we mark it as complete once it’s ready to be shipped - i.e. picked and packed. This then alerts the courier that we have an order ready to be collected and that the order is complete our end before they deliver to you.

What packaging do you use?
All our cardboard comes from recycled and ethically sourced materials. Our packaging filler is made from vegetable starch and is bio-degradable.

I would like the beer delivered to a dfferent address than my usual trade account, how?
No drama, just get in touch with us - and either James (james@sureshotbrew.com) or Katy (admin@sureshotbrew.com) will be able to help.

Can I track my order?
We're a modern sort. Once your order has been completed our end you'll receive an auto-generated email with tracking number and link. But hold on, because only once your order has been collected by the courier will it show up on their tracking system. So if there's a slight delay or your order has not appeared yet it’s most likely not yet been collected.
